The Fundación Caminos de Identidad - Fucai Colombia , not only leads the presidency of the Citizen Oversight of Sentence T-302 of 2017 , but also under the principle of co-responsibility, it generates the revolution of small things, carrying out works and community actions that they change lives.
On August 16, Fucai, in alliance with the Challenger Foundation , delivered a school classroom and dining kitchen for 70 Wayuu children from the community of Yatatshi, corregimiento de Wimpeshi, municipality of Uribía .
Yatatshi is a forgotten Wayuu community, located on the border with Venezuela , characterized by a high child population, in an extreme state of vulnerability.
The Caminos de identidad Foundation reached that far, with its proposal to build dreams for children who received classes and the small food ration of the School Food Program (PAE) , under a trupillo tree and at the mercy of the strong wind.
The Fucai and Challenger Foundations not only provided these infrastructures, but also an additional supply, consisting of kitchenware and basic kitchen utensils (spoons, plates, glasses, dining chairs, cauldrons, pots, specialized cutting tools, kitchen graters, choppers, etc.), with the respective desks, as a contribution from the municipal administration of Uribia .
