Obstacles compliance with Judgment T-302 DE 2017.

As a prelude to the technical follow-up session of Judgment T-302 of 2017 convened by the Constitutional Court, a virtual event will take place this Monday, May 24, where a day of exchange will be held on the execution, obstacles and challenges that have brought the opinion of this sentence for the department of La Guajira.

The event called "Sentence T-302 of 2017: How is it going and what's next? Execution, obstacles and challenges”, will take place starting at 9:00 am this Monday, with the organization of Citizen Oversight, the Wayuu organization Ejepenajirrawa, the National College of Journalists and Acord – Guajira, which will have as guests Julián Gutiérrez, Jesús Medina and Carlos Guerra.
